Accommodation
London offers a diverse range of options for hotel accommodations. Several hotels near Imperial College offer discounted rates for the conference attendees. The Imperial College Accommodation service provides a list of 18 hotels that can be booked at a special rate. In order for the attendees to book their rooms at these rates, they will need to contact the accommodation service and quote “Eurosys 2016”.
Additionally, we have reserved 50 rooms in the Radisson Blu Edwardian Vanderbilt Hotel at the price of £127 per room/night for single occupancy for Eurosys attendees until the 18th of March. To book any of these rooms, delegates need to also contact Imperial College Accommodation service, mention this hotel and quote “Eurosys 2016”.

The venue is easily accessible through public transport, so we also advise a wider search through online hotel/hostel booking sites (e.g. booking.com, trivago.co.uk, hotels.com) to evaluate a broader range of prices/features, which might provide even better rates. For example, Notting Hill and Bayswater areas offer a wide range of hotels and are relatively close to Imperial College (about 30min walk through Hyde Park or 2-3 tube stops to Gloucester or South Kensington stops).
